Challenges of living in big cities
With our society quickening its pace of development, there is a common trend that virtually people in mounting numbers are inclined to live in big cities. Some may hold that living in a big city means more chances to realize their dream, while others argue that it also comes with the negative sides because they have to confront with many challenges. Therefore, I would like to express my opinions on the challenges of living in a big city.
There are several fACTors that may contribute to this phenomenon. First and foremost, the consumption in cities is much higher than that in countryside, which accounts for the fACT that citizens cannot afford the price of a house. What is more, due to the fierce social competition, those who work in a big city may suffer from heavier work pressure, and therefore, the fast pace of lifestyle makes them easy to lose themselves. Last but not least, rapid population growth exert an adverse impact on the transportation system, which is also another influence that cannot be ignored.
From my perspective, it is high time that citizens took effective measures to adapt themselves to the social development. Only when the advice above is taken into consideration can they create a splendid future of their own.
