It is a truth universally acknowledged that the job responsibility has been playing a proGREssively dominant role in residents’ life. Nevertheless, we ought not to neglect the equal importance of personal interests. Therefore, how to strike a balance between them has intrigued numerous dwellers.
There are several prACTical suggestions that can help us coordinate these two respects. First and foremost, as the fierce and furious competition from our globalized and civilized society, peopl begin to realize that they need to finish the work and then take the personal interests into consideration, which could improve their working efficiency and may facilitate them to achieve gigantic success. On top of that, employees are not supposed to indulge themselves in pursuing their personal interests while working in the companies. If employees invest too much time on personal interests, their career developments may be adversely affected and they may not be able to cherish the perfect opportunities in their companies.
Confronting with this situation, I cherish a belief that departments concerned ought to establish rules and regulations to help people find a balance between the job responsibility and personal interests. Meanwhile, this established trend of striking a balance between them will continue for quite a while in the forthcoming years.
