The recently released statistics witness a mounting number of public libraries year by year. To create a quieter and more comfortable environment for readers, renovation and extension has been completed in a host of libraries. Not only do some gigantic public libraries offer various references and resources, but also hold some ACTivities periodically, such as lectures，exhibitions and so on. Some digital libraries have started to emerge in recent years so as to save the space needed for book storage. Besides, the introduction of automatic service system helps readers borrow and return books more conveniently, further SATisfying their requirement.

How to balance work and leisure
According to a survey conducted among a group of employees who were in the same corporation last year, approximately more than 70% of them claimed that they were fully occupied by their work so that they had little time to enjoy their life. The data suggest that how to balance work and leisure has become a required course that each office worker should take into seriously.
There are generally two types of employees: workaholics or non-workaholics. For those who enjoy working and regard it as their life goals, it is advisable for them to spare some time to have a rest, such as going somewhere for a journey or just taking some time to accompany their family members, because it provides them with the opportunity to experience some other beauties in their life. For those ‘normal’ folks who just consider working as a tool to make a living, there is no need to spend long hours working, but what they should keep in mind is that it is their responsibility to do their job well in their own post.
To sum up, it is of GREat importance for us to learn how to keep balance between work and leisure depending on our own condition. As a famous proverb goes, “Work hard, and play harder, so that you can work even harder.”
