Challenges of starting a career after graduation
In the contemporary society, there is a common phenomenon that graduates in mounting numbers who have just left school and taken jobs are confronted with a series of challenges. According to a recent survey, every 50 out of 100 graduates responding to the survey claimed that they are unable to deal with numerous difficulties well in work and life. Therefore, from where I stand, several fACTors can be served as the causes of this phenomenon.
It is undeniable and unquestionable that a multitude of senior students choose to get a job after graduation, which means that they will be haunted by a host of problems. For one thing, it is partially attributed to the fACT that graduates lack working experience, which makes it impossible for them to adapt quickly to the role they are playing in their jobs. For another, these GREen hands do not have a good command of communicating with others and lack the awareness of developing a good interpersonal relationship, and that, to some extent, explains why they often feel isolated in their companies.
It is imperative for graduates, therefore, to take some effective actions, let us say, by actively taking part in team-buildings organized by companies, being modest and eager to learn from colleagues, and studying as much as they can on weekends.Only when the advice is genuinely put into effect, can they adjust themselves to embrace a brighter future.
