According to a survey conducted among a group of new employees who were in the same corporation 10 years ago, those who were ready to communicate and cooperate with others all became the leaders or managers of all fields. The result suggests that team spirit and communication have played a critical and crucial role in our work.
Why? The answer seems self-evident. To begin with, cooperation is beneficial, not detrimental, to the achievements of working tasks, providing us with the opportunity to enhance the working efficiency dramatically. But for enough attention paid to teamwork, how could it be possible for Jack Ma, the founder of Alibaba, to establish his own commercial empire? Besides, communication is also an indispensable part when we are confronted with difficulties in work. Effective communication can definitely help us avoid the unnecessary misunderstandings and troubles. Were there no communication, the effectiveness and efficiency will be decreased and declined.
To sum up, we are supposed to fully realize the significance teamwork spirit and communication played in our work. For one thing, employers ought to regularly organize some activities for employees to encourage them to cooperate and communicate with each other. For another, it is advisable for staff to open their minds and cultivate the ability of cooperation and communication. Only when the above suggestions are taken into consideration can we enhance our job performance and create GREat values for the whole company.
