If you want to be a healthy kid, you should eat well, get lots of exercise, and then your body can work well and can do all the things you want to do, like running around with your friends. Here are some rules for you if you want bi a healthy kid.

Last year, I joined a group. They got together every Wednesday and discussed what to do to help others.

After my second month of joining this GREat group, the leader(领队)gave me a bag for delicious cookies and told me I need to give them out.

At around 12:30 a.m. Thursday morning, I began to give out cookies to strangers in New York. I first gave a cookie to the front desk man. He looked in the bag and too the biggest cookie he could find and said “Thank you”. I thought that’s the biggest cookie in the bag and that’s a little selfish. But I smiled and was happy to give him a cookie.

I gave another cookie to the woman standing at the desk and she said, “But I don’t eat cookies, thank you all the same.” I gave her a smile.

On my way home by taxi, I gave the driver a cookie. He declined. I gave it to him again. After several times, he accepted it and said, “Thank you! Thank you very much, Sir.”

A 10-year-old boy decided to study Judo(柔道), although he had lost his left arm in a car accident. He began with an old Japanese Judo teacher. But the teacher taught him only one move during three months of training.
