11. Hometown(我的家乡:合肥)

　　My hometown is He fei, which is the capital of An Hei province in the east coast of China. It has three charACTeristics which make it very famous.

　　First of all, the weather there will never be too cold. That means you could free yourself from thick and heavy clothes in winter and enjoy lovely sunshine every day

　　And, because of its location, He fei has abundant seafood, especially lobsters and sleeve-fish, which are very delicious when fried with traditional Chinese seasonings.

　　Furthermore, the sceneries there are also gorgeous. It owns one of the most famous mountains in China—Yellow Mountain, which is attrACTing countless tourists around the world.

　　12. Restaurant(“学生之家”饭店)

　　I would like to recommend a small restaurant named STUDENTS’ HOME near my college. It is quite attrACTive to me and my classmates.

　　First of all, the food there is quite delicious. The cook is very good at preparing food which is not only good to look at but even better to taste.

　　Besides, the prices there are reasonable. Fried eggs with tomatoes is 4 Yuan. Steamed pork with peanuts is 7 Yuan. Sometimes it costs even less than the dishes in school’s mess hall!

　　Till, the waitress there is kind and warm-hearted to us. We could enjoy a comfortable and cozy atmosphere there. I really love this little place!

　　13. Unforgettable event(高中毕业典礼)

　　It was my high school graduation ceremony on July the 7th, 2001. We gathered at the playground at 3:30 and stood in rows to take pictures with Headmaster Mr. Zhang and our teachers from different subjects. Everybody was trying to smile at the camera, disguising their complicated emotions. Then we were dismissed and said goodbye to our dear teachers and friends, with whom we had studied and lived together for 3 years. I could still remember my best friend Robby’s words: “Today, we end one part of our lives and begin an entirely new future.”

　　14. Important decision(坚持音乐理想)

　　Just before my college entrance exam, I had a long and fierce debate with my parents about what major to study. Although they opposed my idea of studying music strongly, I still insisted on my interest and made my decision.

　　I am a 200% music fan and have my heart set on music industry. So in the 1st semester, I started a rock band and just 4 weeks later I released the 1st record <>. Last month, after my performance in a music bar, a talent agent invited me to his company for a commercial MTV.

　　I’m so glad that I made the right decision and followed my heart to where it belongs.
