　　Surrounded by the ever-accelerated updating of science and technology, a topic of innovation has been arising from all walks of life. A growing number of individuals, especially experts and scientists give weight to it.

　　Diverse contributing fACTors can be identified to give explanations to this topic. Initially，the most significant value is that innovation can offer us a brand-new angle to see through to the essence of the matter. In addition, the fundamental reason mainly stems from the fACT that obsolete views can be eliminated and replaced with innovative ideas. Finally, there are, still, other influential fACTors standing out among them. Someone who is creative is more likely to gain priority in the job market.

　　In terms of giving measures to encourage innovation, I will list the following ones. For one thing, competitions in school are supposed to be launched with money award to encourage college students to make inventions and innovations. For another, society ought to establish TV propaganda, such as reality show to advocate the value of innovation.
