I was in a Michael's Arts and Crafts store to get the things i needed for a project, not only did the associate go out of her way to show me multiple options i had for my project, she gave me ideas for the project itself. All the while she was walking me around the store and showing me where the items were. She even offered to call other stores if the item was out of stock.

In my opinion, it was good customer service because the associate seemed more than happy to help and went above and beyond to make sure i had what i needed. She seriously spent like 15 minutes with me explaining how to do things and giving me ideas. I think it was really nice of her to take the time away from her work. for your app., i would probably say that it was good customer service because the associate was focused on me and solving my issue at hand, she was friendly and knowledgeable and over all a GREat help. She did what it took so that i would leave the store happy and with everything i needed.
